The objective of our group is to increase membership, provide professional time together and have continuing education.

Laura Smith served as President. We have formed a board to help direct the activities of our group. The format is to have a speaker. The speakers provide one to two hours of continuing education. Refreshments are provided during the meeting and we attempt to have a short business meeting as well as a social time. Each meeting we have a raffle which adds a small amount of dollars to our Treasury. A charge of $15.00 is made for non-members for the CE at each meeting. Past Chair Lisa Morita, Lynn Ironside, Mickey Nearhood, Jan Young and Jennifer Hamilton have served on the committee. See the web site for listing of the Speakers and the dates. This coming year we unable to get a specific room on a regular basis.

We also have given funds from our Treasury for Fluoridation, Support of our PAC with the Basket for the Spring Scientific Session and taken part in the PCC Sealant Programs. A goal of our group is to have our members well informed and active in Government Relations. We encourage our members to contribute to the RDH-PAC and to be active in the Association.

Lisa Morita hosted a planning session and luncheon at her home in December to get us off to a good 2004. Social time is an important objective.
