ODHA Annual Session and House of Delegates Meeting

         Vendors-Sponsors - Application for 2010 ODHA Annual Session/House of Delegates

         This is a two-day event which is attended by:

•    50 delegates representing hygienists throughout the State of Oregon
•    ODHA members
•    Non-members attracted by the HOD proceedings and Continuing Education courses
•    Students from education programs from around the state

• Banner Sponsor:  Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main lobby or chamber(s), listing as a sponsor in all supporting House of Delegates marketing (manual) and informational material, and an ad on our website for 6 months. A sponsor supplied banner may also be posted in the meeting room, and one attendee will receive free entrance to the Presidents reception.     Deadline: September 1
  Fee: $1000.00

• Presidents Reception Sponsor:  Recive free entrance to the President's reception for one attendee, with an opportunity to greet attendees at the reception and be introduced as the reception sponsor. Includes listing as a sponsor in all supporting informational material and a 30 day ad on our website..     Deadline: October 1st

           Fee: $500

• Exhibitor Booth: Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main lobby, listing as a sponsor in all informational materials, and an opportunity to participate in a vendor Q&A event.  Attendees will receive 1 credit hour of CE free for visiting all vendor booths.   Acknowledgement of sponsorship and 5 minutes for a short presentation at the start of the CE course. Listing as a sponsor in all informational materials.     Deadline: October 1st   

           Fee $300

• CE Course/Workshop Sponsor: Acknowledgement of sponsorship and 5 minutes for a short presentation at the start of the CE course. Listing as a sponsor in all informational materials.     Deadline October 1st

           Fee $300

• Annual Luncheon Sponsor: Opportunity to greet attendees at lunchon. Recognition of sponsorship at luncheon and listing as sponsor in information materials.  One attendee will receive free attendance at the luncheon.    Deadline  October 1st

Spring Oral Health Symposium (CE Event)

• Banner Sponsor: Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main meeting room, listing as a sponsor in all informational materials, and a 3 month ad on our website. A sponsor supplied banner may be posted in the meeting room.  Only one banner sponsor per meeting will be allowed.          Deadline: 2 weeks prior to date of meeting

           Fee: $500

• Table Sponsor : Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in or near the meeting room. . Get access to an audience of decision-makers from around the state who know the value of quality products.     Deadline:  2 weeks prior to date of meeting
  Fee: $150.00

• Table and CE Sponsor: Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in or near the meeting room. Get access to an audience of decision-makers from around the state who know the value of quality products. Also receive 5 minutes at the start of the CE meeting to promote your product and company verbally.    Deadline:  2 weeks prior to date of meeting
