ODHA Annual Session and House of Delegates Meeting
Vendors-Sponsors - Application for 2010 ODHA Annual Session/House of Delegates
This is a two-day event which is attended by:
- 50 delegates representing hygienists throughout the State of Oregon
- ODHA members
- Non-members attracted by the HOD proceedings and Continuing Education courses
- Students from education programs from around the state
- Banner Sponsor: Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main chambers, listing as a sponsor in all supporting House of Delegates marketing (manual) and informational material, and an ad on our website. A sponsor supplied banner may be posted in the meeting room. Deadline: September 1
Fee: $1000.00
- Table Sponsor : Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main chambers. The meeting attendees will recieve a hour of CE credit for visiting all vendor booths during the meeting. Get access to an audience of decision-makers from around the state who know the value of quality products. Deadline: October 1
Fee: $300.00
- Table and CE Sponsor: Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main chambers. The meeting attendees will recieve a hour of CE credit for visiting all vendor booths during the meeting. Get access to an audience of decision-makers from around the state who know the value of quality products. In addition you will receive 5 minutes at the start of the CE meeting to promote your product and company verbally! Deadline: October 1
Fee: $600
Spring and Fall Symposiums (CE Events)
- Banner Sponsor: Receive a vendor table with prominent visibility in the main chambers, listing as a sponsor in all supporting House of Delegates marketing (manual) and informational material, and an ad on our website.
